Acquisition of business
March 01 2009 :
Jaisal Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Intek Systems Pvt. Ltd, Maldives, for purchase of its Intellectual Property Rights and its infrastructure at its office at Maldives and in its subsidiary`s office at Coimbatore along with the personnel in both the offices for a total consideration of USD 1.30 Million. The business acquired from Intek would be carried on by Jaisal Securities Ltd w.e.f. March 01, 2009, under a new division named Intekk created for this purpose.
